Post Wellness Challenge - Day 2

Weekly Challenge goal: 


                           Allergy shot once a week                                   




FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- 1 cup of water
- shrimp salad, spinach, cucumber, corn and beets
- 1 cup of water
-1 cup of water
- salad with cucumbers, and string cheese
- lemonade
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of water
- 1 caramel chocolate bar

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:

It is as if I was given permission to go crazy! No fruits at all. One good thing is the chocolate bar was so delicious!!!!
