It is as if I was given permission to go crazy! No fruits at all. One good thing is the chocolate bar was so delicious!!!!

Today, I forgot to have lunch! I am very sad the challenge is over but I want to try to keep up the good work. I did not lose a pound (well, depending on the day of the challenge), but I am leaner and I feel healthier. Can't ask for more!!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I forgot to take the picture of my plate before I started eating, but you can see what I had. NO pies, and it is easy for me because I do not like them. My MIL didn't offer ice cream and that saved my no sweet policy! Phew! I also forgot to mention that we made empanaditas for Hors-d'oeuvre. I did not eat them because I did not want to spoil my lunch.









I forgot to take a pic when they were ready but they were delicious! Is a shame I didn't have one complete.

This week has gotten busier and busier, but I am on fire and going to bed at 11 is working, I had already fallen asleep before woke up turned the tv off and even my husband joined in! Tomorrow I have to make sure I get my fruits in the morning and a lot of water before joining the festivities otherwise I may forget. 
I cooked for first time a challah. All done, very hard outside, so I may have to make 3 or 4 more before I make one I like a lot.

I did it! I turned off the TV and fell asleep right away! 1 down four to go! I am going to try to go to the barre class they offer today, so I can sort out whether to go tomorrow or Friday. I don't want to miss one day of my gym classes since everything will be closed on Thursday. Let's see how it goes!

This is the salad I eat every day for lunch and I still look forward to it every day for the last 6 years.

I am very anxious with this week. I really don't want it to end. I am afraid all the good work will go out of the window as soon as it is over.
Anyway, this week I want to work on the next thing I barely do and need to do so badly in order to feel healthier or at least with energy during the day. Go to bed between 10:30 and 11pm. Every night except this Thursday and Saturday; unless I get to sleep early on Thursday, in which case I will switch it for Friday and Saturday. Five days 2 points every day.

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I woke up with a triple headache. It seems I drank at least 4 cups of water in the morning. El guayabo (hangover) was great! I drank a like a college kid last night! As the morning progressed I had no headache and felt great; so I decided to go to yoga even though last night I thought I wasn't going to make it. Much less bring the dog out for his bike ride. 

This is one of the things of which I know I am going to miss this challenge so much is because somehow I get a strength from somewhere and do what needs to be done. It is as if someone pulls me out of the bed and tells me I have to do 'y', 'x' or 'z'. I love it! I will definitely miss it. I did it, I went to Yoga and I brought my Lilo out for his ride. It was misty and cold out but we did it and I finished this weeks challenge.
