Barre
PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I did it! I turned off the TV and fell asleep right away! 1 down four to go! I am going to try to go to the barre class they offer today, so I can sort out whether to go tomorrow or Friday. I don't want to miss one day of my gym classes since everything will be closed on Thursday. Let's see how it goes!
This is the salad I eat every day for lunch and I still look forward to it every day for the last 6 years.
