PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
For some reason, the food I had wasn't enough and having that cake there just messed up my craving and I could not resist. I caved in to my cravings I ate the bag of mini starbursts I bought at the movie theater. I ate them at 10:30pm!!!! 13 frigging points out. in the garbage!!! AHHGGGGGG I woke up frustrated, obviously! Today is my daughter's sleepover party for her birthday tomorrow. She invited 3 friends, and we had a lot of fun, they saw a movie, ate pizza and then we went for a laser tag game or two. They did not go to bed early and the anxiety also made me lose points. I ate around 11pm. Oy Vey! I am losing and losing points!
