Wellness Challenge - Day 31

FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

- 1 cup of water

- Shrimp Salad, spinach, beets, corn, cucumbers and avocado
- 1 cup of water

- Cappuccino

- pomegranate
- Turkey Sandwich and caprisun
- 2 cups of water

No class today, but I went out with Lilo

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I went to meet my other latina amiga for coffee. Do you remember when I told you I DO NOT drink coffee. I was high, rushhhhhhhhhhhh, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Oh yeah baby!!! I was 150miles/hr OH BOY!!!! I could feel it. Especially because I stop taking Allegra D, I only take Allegra now, so my heart was not used to all of this rush. I went bananas!!! 

Funny thing , in the afternoon I started feeling pain in my left side of my breast, my underarm, left arm and left hand. All I could think is I am having a heart attack. What should I do? Should I go to the E.R.? What if it is nothing and I make a fool out of myself? I decided to do the next best thing, which was tell my husband, he will know what I should do. I thought the frigging coffee made my heart go bananas and now I am on my way to the other side. So, he asked me to call my doctor and see what the doctor says. I did. The doctor on-call told me he highly believed it wasn't a heart attack, he thought I must have pulled a muscle. He suggested Tylenol or a pain medication to relieve the muscle pain. My husband was at the airport, so I decided to ask my oldest daughter to rub me with Icy Hot on the muscle on the left side of my breast, my shoulders, back, arm and hand. I am glad I did not have to take any pain medication and I felt much better right away.
