- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

-I had chicken white rice and carrots.

Yoga Fusion
PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I went to yoga this morning and had no sugar cravings so far, even though I went to the movie theater again with the girls and both of them and my husband had chocolate bars. Yeah baby!! I feel happy about that too!!! Now I am so excited to announce that I have finally finished the center of the quilts, which was my personal week challenge! Attta girl!!! I.am.so.happy!!! Can't even stop dancing!!!! This is a big win for my future projects, I feel I can do anything! And not only that but I am getting close to finishing this project, which is the one project that I see the girls having forever in their lives. They will know I made them this and they can pass it along one day to their own children and grandchildren. That is what I see in the future! I feel awesome compadres and comadres!!! I feel awesome!
In retrospect, this week had serious lows and highs for me. This time, I am only focusing on and taking with me my highs, my half full glass.
