I am almost back to normal. Walking the dog yesterday and today took me longer than usual, since I am being more careful to where I walk and can't really walk fast.
It felt good to do Yoga today, it was challenging at times but I did more than I think I could. I am definitely getting there!

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:

I woke up with pain again, not as bad, and my leg improved with the day, by night I felt better, though every time I am sitting down and stand up to walk it feels very stiff. Working out was a good option but I left out any work out with my left leg. I used my sweet day last night, so today was a sweet free day! Very hard!!!! I won't ever do it again!

I slipped today on the icy floor. I felt as if my knee had broken. It was awful and extremely painful. I am walking very funny. I can't open my leg straight nor bend  it totally. I am only glad I had done zumba and walked the dog before it happened.
