FOOD:
- Vitamins, supplements and medicine 

- Cereal with milk
- 1 ½ cups of water
- 1 banana

- Shrimp salad, spinach, zucchini, and corn
- 1 banana

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
Luckily for me, I haven't fell the need for sweets nor hunger after 9pm. So these 2 last days have been smooth for me. I haven't gotten help from my magical bottle, which helped me in the past reach the 8 cups of water faster. I decided it was time to be washed at the dish washer machine. Well, the results were not what I expected. Instead my bottle turned to S..*! I have been using my regular glasses, which aren't too bad because hold up to a 1 ½ of water. Anyway, I still miss my bottle that made drinking 16oz of water so easy. I have ordered a new one. Hope it arrives soon! Oh, also I did not work on my weekly goals!
