EXERCISE:
Zumba

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
Today I was literally send to bed after I finished zumba. I picked today a very strong playlist on my xbox 360. From Indian, to Latino, to Belly dancing, to hip hop, to reggaeton, etc. etc. I had to take a shower right away, and lay down on my bed. I forgot to mention that I had done the 20mins abs right before zumba. Yeah! 
I had never done that nor chosen a playlist, I usually separate the 2 and go with whatever playlist the game comes with. It was a lot of fun. Can't wait to do it again!
