2016 Winter Challenge - Day 1

FOOD:
- Vitamins, supplements and medicine 

- Cereal with milk
- 2 cups of water
-1 ½ cups of water
- Shrimp salad, spinach, zucchini, and corn
- 1 Banana
-1 ½ cups of water
-1 ½ cups of water
- Salmon and Asparagus
-1 ½ cups of water
- 1 pomegranate
-1 ½ cups of water
- 1 cup of water


EXERCISE:

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
First of all, I cannot stress more I much I appreciate my friend working another challenge, because I could not keep up my routine once the challenge was over. Not even, when I tried posting it on this blog, I failed miserably at even posting. 

Second, Happy New Year Everybody! Well the Holidays brought back all of my bad eating habits. I could not stop eating sweets, not drinking enough water, not exercising at least 5 days of the week. So, one of my resolutions is to be healthy. As I told one of my friends, I did not want to say it out loud, because I did not want to set myself up for failure. There it is, I have said it! 

This time the challenge added an extra weekly goal. One of them, will be cleaning/organizing again the basement. I did it sometime in December. It was perfect for the girls to play and for me to work on arts and crafts because it is an unfinished basement. However, in one year it looks messy, some furniture has gotten mold, and the floor looks dirty. Here are the pics of what I did today and how the basement looks.

The mold on this furniture really bugs me, because this is nice furniture we had in our former living room. And this is how it looks now. This is the first thing I will do today.

As you see the top shelves of this side are still uncleaned but I will be there sometime tomorrow.
