PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I woke up with pain again, not as bad, and my leg improved with the day, by night I felt better, though every time I am sitting down and stand up to walk it feels very stiff. Working out was a good option but I left out any work out with my left leg. I used my sweet day last night, so today was a sweet free day! Very hard!!!! I won't ever do it again!
