Wellness Challenge - Day 14

Week 2
Day 7
Weight: 129lb (the damage of drinking)

As you can imagine I woke up with a tremendous hangover and a headache!!! I had asked to sleep in, but I had woken up already, I had taken a pill for my headache, I decided to wake up, bring the girls to their Sunday class and hit the GYM. Yep!

You are reading right, I did not skip my class, and that made me very happy.

- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

- I had 5 cups of water 

-for lunch I went to Applebees with my daughters after picking them up and had a steak with zucchini, carrots and broccoli; instead of mashed potatoes I had french fries that tasted a lot to yuca.

 After lunch we had a very lazy day, both of us with hangover and all. Unfortunately, I had to give in. Too much chocolate and candies in front of me. I had 3 mini twix, one mini m&m's and 2 mini packages of 2 starbucks. All kid sizes for Halloween


- I had 5 more cups of water
-I had an apple
-I had a mandarine
-For dinner I cooked Salmon with green beans. I cooked rice as well but I did not have it

I was happy I worked the rest of the night finishing my challenge. I did not want to lose more points and I did want to finish it. I am content with that.

By the way, today starts NABLOPOMO, and I will be writing all this month about my challenge. I hope you enjoy my reports.
