Wellness Challenge - Day 35

Weekly Challenge goal:

FOOD:
- 4 cups of water
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

- 2 cups of water

- Linguini with shrimp and grape juice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of water
-salmon with rice, spinach, cucumbers and avocado
-  caprisun
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of water 
 
  
EXERCISE:
Yoga Fusion and went out with Lilo

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I woke up with a triple headache. It seems I drank at least 4 cups of water in the morning. El guayabo (hangover) was great! I drank a like a college kid last night! As the morning progressed I had no headache and felt great; so I decided to go to yoga even though last night I thought I wasn't going to make it. Much less bring the dog out for his bike ride. 

This is one of the things of which I know I am going to miss this challenge so much is because somehow I get a strength from somewhere and do what needs to be done. It is as if someone pulls me out of the bed and tells me I have to do 'y', 'x' or 'z'. I love it! I will definitely miss it. I did it, I went to Yoga and I brought my Lilo out for his ride. It was misty and cold out but we did it and I finished this weeks challenge.
