FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- 4 cups of water
-I had Shrimp/Spinach salad, corn, beets, cucumbers, summer squash and zucchini
- 4 cups of water
-Steak, salad, sprouts and green beans
-I had a banana, pomegranate
- 2 cups of water
EXERCISE:
No exercise today
PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I finally decided to work on the quilts. I am extremely excited about it.

This is what I want to accomplish for my challenge, which it would be just the center of both quilts
I still have a lot of cutting and sewing to do in order to finish the entire quilts, but I love that making this my challenge this week makes me work on them and check one item out of the list of projects I have lined up. I am really excited!!
