Wellness Challenge - Day 15

Week 3
Day 1
Weight: 129lb
Weekly Challenge goal: Work on the girls' quilts
                                          1 hour per day - Half hour per quilt

FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

- I had 2 cups of water 

-I had Shrimp/Spinach salad, cucumbers,  summer squash and zucchini. A bit plain, but today is food shopping day.
- 4 cups of water
-I had a mandarine
-I decided to by a chicken rotisserie made at whole foods So that was our dinner with broccoli, corn and rice.
-I had a banana and pomegranate
-1 cup of water

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
Don't get me wrong,  I loved my cheat day yesterday, so I had some chocolates, oh big whoops!!! Anyway, it bummed me up a little, but I was happy to have at least finished my challenge. I certainly did not want to lose any more points. 

As today, I went to my yoga class and even though is in the middle of the day and breaks my day horribly, It makes me feel really good about myself. I am making a big effort to not find obstacles and excuses to not make it to my classes. That is why I feel good after going because it means I won the inner battle. The one that asks me to be lazy and not do anything. Yesterday, I lost that battle against wanting to have chocolate and not have it at all. It was good to not lose the battle today.

I decided I am on a good line with my classes, so I want to continue to focus my week goals on projects I have and want to work in but decide to always do it some other time. My goal this week is the quilts I started for the girls around 2 years ago and haven't finished. I know, by all means, I am not going to finish it this week, but I want to make the effort and work on it, advance a little this week. I want to work 1 hour, half hour per quilt in 5 days. 2 point per hour. I really hope I start, I hope I unfold the quilt, I hope I can advance a little.
