FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- 1 cup of water
- Turkey sandwich
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of water
- shrimp salad, spinach, cucumbers, corn and avocado
- 1 cup of water
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of water  
- 1 banana

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:

This week has gotten busier and busier, but I am on fire and going to bed at 11 is working, I had already fallen asleep before woke up turned the tv off and even my husband joined in! Tomorrow I have to make sure I get my fruits in the morning and a lot of water before joining the festivities otherwise I may forget. 
I cooked for first time a challah. All done, very hard outside, so I may have to make 3 or 4 more before I make one I like a lot.
