FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- 5 cups of water
-I had shrimp salad, zucchini, summer squash, beets, avocado and tomato.

- only 4 pieces of milkyway mini bites, I left untouched the rest of the bag.

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
Even though today is my sweet day, I still haven't touched the cake nor sweets yet. I am going to the movie theater tonight so, most likely I will have something sweet.
I worked on the quilt already as well, and it looks like tomorrow I will be able to finish the darn quilt center. This wellness challenge has taught me that working consistently in small amounts pays well. In other words, I should not want to achieve everything at once. It takes patience and consistency. I am happy with the results! Tomorrow I'll take a pic of the quilt's progress when I finish my week goal.
Barre, barre, barre, it is quite the work out. It really tones my body completely. I am so sore, everywhere! I just love it because it makes me feel I am doing something right.
Update: I did eat sweet, but only 4 pieces of the milkyway mini bites bag!!! YAY!!! Ps: I hope this does not backfires during the next week!
