Post Wellness Challenge - Day 1

Weekly Challenge goal: 

                           Allergy shot once a week                                   




FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- 1 cup of water
- shrimp salad, spinach, cucumber, corn and beets
- 1 cup of water
-1 cup of water
- arroz con pollo
- caprisun
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of water
- 1 banana


 
EXERCISE:
Yoga 

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:

I am going to the gym today and figure out what I am doing this week. This week I need to get my allergy shot. I am supposed to take one every 7-10 days and haven't gotten one for a month and a half at least.
