Wellness Challenge - Day 18

Weekly Challenge goal: Work on the girls' quilts

FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- 3 cups of water
-I had lobster roll with fries
- 1 cup of water
- 1 cup of cranberry juice
-Salmon, white rice, spinach with summer squash and zucchini
- 2 cups of water
-I had 1 orange, melon and banana
- 3 cups of water

Zumba
PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I am very disappointed to not have worked at all on the challenge. i practically have to rearrange the hours since I basically have 3 days to work the 5 hours. Otherwise, I lose my 10 points. one day I work 1 hr, the other two I need to work 2 hrs each. Today I haven't have any cravings and that makes me feel better. I am also happy because today I won a $5 prize for "consistently using the WC FB group for accountability." YAY!!!!
