PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I am very anxious with this week. I really don't want it to end. I am afraid all the good work will go out of the window as soon as it is over.
Anyway, this week I want to work on the next thing I barely do and need to do so badly in order to feel healthier or at least with energy during the day. Go to bed between 10:30 and 11pm. Every night except this Thursday and Saturday; unless I get to sleep early on Thursday, in which case I will switch it for Friday and Saturday. Five days 2 points every day.
