Wellness Challenge - Day 32

FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

- 2 cups of water

- Shrimp salad with spinach, corn, avocado and cucumbers
- 1 cup of water

- 4 slices of Pizza and sprite
- 1 cup of water

EXERCISE:
I missed my Zumba class

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
I woke up at 3 am and could not go back to sleep until 5:30am and had to wake up a 6:50am. It was a very slow day, I had to go back to sleep after I drop the girls at the bus stop. Then, spent most of the afternoon fixing a problem with my new iPhone. So, today nothing was really productive. A.Very.Slow.Day!
