FOOD:
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk

- 6 cups of water

-I had shrimp salad with spinach, zucchini, summer squash, beets and tomato.
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of water
- pomegranate
-banana
-Steak with onion, and rice
- 2 cups of water

PROBLEMS/CHALLENGE/LET'S CHAT:
Today was definitely better, I feel going back to my new me. I have energy, and feel more me.
It was quite the busy day and that makes me feel good. Right now, I am a little tired and I still have to bring the dog out so...
