Day 2
Weight: 132lb (WTF???)
Weekly Challenge goal: Go to my 5 gym classes
Wednesday: Barré
Thursday: Zumba
Friday: Yoga
Sunday: Yoga Fusion with Pilates
First of all, thank G I can rest today because I am so sore from my yoga class yesterday! I can barely move without feeling any type of pain! I guess I am in for the wellness!!! Second of all, WTF??? I know this is not to lose weight, but I gained weight! YAY meeeee!!!!
Anyway, - I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- Ate a banana
-had already 4 glasses (80z each) of water
Unfortunately, making an appointment to bring my car to the dealership, I realized my Friday goal is going to be crushed because I have a prior appointment with a doctor that I cannot change, so I either have to find something to replace that goal or get less points for the week, which I am not going to lose. I see what I can do about that!
I also forgot to mention, today I have a massage my husband booked for me last week. I can't wait. The only problem is that it is already past lunch time and my appointment is soon, so I have to eat very quickly.

-for lunch my shrimp salad with cucumbers and beets. YUM
-I had a mango, it was really sweet
-for dinner I had salmon, white rice, asparagus and green beans with caprisun
-Finished up 4 glasses of water
-had 2 more glasses of water before bed
There was no struggling today for food after 9pm. Thank you very much!
