- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- I had 2 cups of water
I went to Yoga instead of Barre. I feel extremely sore, especially because I may have pulled a muscle in my back.
My fight against making my challenge has started t switch towards me winning; some progress has been made. I am officially organizing documents, invoices and payments even though I haven't opened the quickbooks file yet. Therefore, I cannot yet scratch any months. On the other hand, my last week's challenge has stamped a routine on me and I find myself very active. My water intake has increased, as has my need to run to the loo, which reminds me of my pregnancy days. ;) Feeling hopeful!
-I had Shrimp salad with cucumbers, corn, zuchinni and beets for lunch.
-I had 2 cups of water
-I had Salmon with green beans
I had 2 cups of water
-I had pomegranate
I had no noticed the time, and when I check it is 8:52pm and hadn't had my last fruit. I rush to eat my banana finished it and suddenly it was 9pm.
I almost missed my points! Phew!
After night, I started craving chocolate again! Anything sweet! crave, crave, crave, crave!!! Aghhhhhh! This is driving me crazyyyyyyyy!
Goood thing I saw my husband eating a package of Nilla's, berrated at him for eating after 9pm and that helped me not to succumb into my craving. PHEW!!!!
