Day 7
Weight: 131lb (I am an absolute YOYO)
Weekly Challenge goal: Go to my 5 gym classes
Yes! I did it!!! My 10 points!!!! Now I have to think about my next personal challenge.....hmmmmmm. We'll figure it out tomorrow, won't we?
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
-I had my last banana, Oh boy!
I went to my Yoga class and can't help but be SORE all over! I have to still do my exercises, it is just so painful!!! OY!!!! At the same time, if I weren't sore I could not feel that this challenge is working. I don't really care that my body weight is going yoyo on me! I am loving feeling healthy! We can get rid of the few pounds later on! I am loving it!!! That is all I can say! I had a few bad choices, overall I am happy with getting use to eating healthy.
Never mind, I got hungry on a bad place and had to have something to eat ASAP, so I had a semi lunch.
-Bagel with cream cheese and grapes with tea (black tea!)
-because of that bad choice, I was hungry again before 4pm and had to have some other horrific choice of food, 3 plain mini chicken taquitos with guacamole. Not the end of the world but I just miss my salad!
-Dinner: we went to a restaurant to celebrate my baby's b-day and ordered steak with broiled vegetables (Squash, zucchini, and peppers)...and french fries! haha
I hope tomorrow my Week 2 starts better, I hope I make better choices, I hope I exercise more, I hope I eat less carbs. Let's see...
