Wellness Challenge - Day 4

Week 1
Day 4
Weight: 128lb
Weekly Challenge goal: Go to my 5 gym classes
                                          Monday: Yoga
                                          Wednesday: Yoga
                                          Thursday: Zumba
                                          Saturday: Barré
                                          Sunday: Yoga Fusion with Pilates


Yes! 3 out of 5 classes I cannot complain. I am on fire!!!
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- Bought more bananas, and need to have one soon
-had already 6 glasses (80z each) of water during my Zumba class. I do not like most of my teacher's choreography because it feels  more like an exercise than dance, and the main thing about zumba is to feel more like you are dancing. On the bright side, you do require a lot of water and you sweat a lot. So...it is what it is!



- I had...yep! Shrimp salad with cucumbers, corn, avocado and beets. 3xYUM!!!
- Dinner was 2 slices of pizza instead of the 3 I eat weekly (a plus) and water
- I had mango and pomegranate
