Wellness Challenge - Day 5

Week 1
Day 4
Weight: 130lb (aHEM!!!!)
Weekly Challenge goal: Go to my 5 gym classes
                                          Monday: Yoga
                                          Wednesday: Yoga
                                          Thursday: Zumba
                                          Saturday: Barré
                                          Sunday: Yoga Fusion with Pilates


HAHAHAHAHAHAHA PIZZA never again!!!!! argh! to bad choices!!!!
I also guess my struggle with food after 9pm depends on the day of the week? IDK!
Anyway, I had no struggle last night, but then because of my bad choice last night my body weight is going YOYO on me.

Today
- I took my vitamins, supplements and medicine all with 1/2 cup of oj
- I had my cereal with milk
- I ate one banana
-had already 4 glasses (80z each) of water

- I had...yet again! (Let me tell you it has been like this for years, so don't expect anything different during business days, unless it is a holiday, or I visit a friend.) Shrimp salad with cucumbers, corn, avocado and beets. Just love it!
- It is shabbas Dinner so I had white rice, chicken, asparagus and green beans.
- I had another banana. I had some struggle after nine!
-I had the left 4 glasses of water and some more!
