Project #5 Painting

  It is painting time. The toilets and vanities are installed! I decided to paint the ceiling as well because the wall color was hideous!!! The walls, I decided to go for a very light gray. Since it is 2016 and gray is the color in vogue for walls!

 You can see the difference right away. Just a change of color! It makes a BIG, HUGE difference!!

 I did it right! I started by applying one coat of primer. I love BEHR, I just do!

It is a very good looking paint for a very reasonable price.

 I use rollers and the extension, because to me are easier to manage even in tiny places.

Also, I can reach higher places without having to be on a ladder.

 Home Depot people and people on HGTV and DIY suggest to paint in W's.

I, instead, paint in lines. I always start

from the top and go all the way down. Once at the bottom I go back up. 

Once I am up, all the way to the top I start my next line. 

My next line starts in the middle of my first line, 

I do the same, over and over and over.

 I usually only paint two coats, plus primer if it was necessary on the first place.

Very few times I need a third coat.
